SJGCC Future Projects Survey
At the October Sampson Creek CDD Meeting, several issues were discussed that would enhance the amenities of the neighborhood. The money to fund these projects would come from the 2020 Bonds that were issued primarily to repave the roads in St. Johns Golf and Country Club.
The Board requested that residents in SJGCC provide feedback as to their desires and thoughts. It is asked that each household respond by returning this questionnaire by December 15, 2020 so that the results can be tabulated and discussed at the January meeting. It is asked that only one response per household be returned.

Update May 2, 2020
To all Residents of St Johns Golf and Country Club
(Sampson Creek Community Development District aka SCCDD)
As restrictions are being lifted with regards to the Covid–19 issues the Amenity staff is working with District staff and with the Chairman of the Board to make preparations to open the Fitness Center and Swimming Pool. During the “period of shut down” The basketball courts, athletic field, playground and tennis courts remained open. These areas remained open because everyone maintained proper protocol when present at these areas.
On Tuesday May 5th at 10am the SCCDD Board will convene to discuss protocol for reopening the fitness center and the swimming pool once these areas are deemed appropriate to be opened. We know that when the pool reopens it will be without lifeguards for a short period of time as the Contractor for lifeguard services furloughed their employees and they will have to re-staff. This means when the pool and splash pad reopen, it will be done without the use of the slide. State Law requires a lifeguard on duty when the slide is in use.
I know that that I speak for the Board, District Staff and Amenity Staff when I say thank you for everyone’s patience and understanding during this unprecedented period of time.
